Description
Manage multiple client engagements, delivering high-quality financial reporting and advisory services within agreed timelines and budgets.
Lead and review the preparation of complex financial statements under IFRS, FRS 102 and US GAAP.
Advise clients on technical accounting matters, including group restructurings, acquisitions, business combinations, consolidations, impairment assessments, revenue recognition and lease accounting.
Oversee project planning, resource allocation and engagement delivery while maintaining high standards of governance and quality.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to senior finance stakeholders.
Lead, coach and develop a team of managers, senior associates and associates, supporting both their technical and professional development.
Contribute to business development activities, including proposals, presentations and identifying new opportunities.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues across service lines and international teams where required.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, professional standards and internal quality frameworks.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, drive efficiencies and enhance client service delivery.
