We are seeking a motivated individual to represent the world’s largest automaker and join our team. We are currently seeking a Financial Services Manager who is results driven and customer focused.
We are seeking someone who possess the following qualifications: a positive attitude, motivation to succeed, and has the ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor when dealing with our customers. As a Financial Services Manager, you will provide first-class service, with a goal to build and maintain great relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Thoroughly disclosing all the financial and product information pertaining to the customer’s agreement
  • Thorough comprehension and ability to explain the benefits of the products and services offered in the business office, knowledge of financing, leasing and credit granting with the capability to use business office software
  • Arranging and securing appropriate customer financing by assertively selling the merits of each customer’s credit application to all available (or appropriate) dealer plan lenders
  • Receive and receipt customer deposits/partial payments
  • Respond to email and phone inquiries from clients.
  • Research liens on vehicles being traded in by customers or on vehicles being purchased by the dealership
  • Prepare all related documents, i.e., finance contract, bill of sale, proof of insurance, credit applications, etc.
  • Expected to meet and exceed the dealership’s forecasted sales targets
  • Ability to plan, organize, and effectively manage a considerable workload with multiple priorities and demands and produce results within restrictive timelines
  • Ability to work independently and as team, interacting with customers and staff in a professional and courteous manner
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Bilingualism is a very strong asset
