Audi Mississauga has two locations. Our premier new facility is in the heart of Peel region next to Toronto Pearson Airport. We are seeking a motivated team member to join our existing Sales Department for our Audi Mississauga Airport location. With state-of-the-art equipment, a combined 29 work bays, multiple customer lounges, and digital tools to facilitate premium client experiences, we are prepared to leverage these resources to grow into the destination of choice for Audi Sales, Service and Parts in the Greater Toronto Area.

The key skills and qualities of a Financial Services Manager:

  • Post-secondary education or College courses.
  • 2-5 years automotive dealership F&I/Business Office experience.
  • Volkswagen or Audi experiences an asset.
  • Competitive/commissioned sales experience.
  • Solid understanding of automotive terminology.
  • Very strong communication and business skills.
  • Proven problem-solving expertise.
  • Excellent organization and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Good visual acuity and demonstrated observational skills.
  • Computer literate (internet, email, file sharing.)
  • Knowledge of various software – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, Dealer Management Systems programs and Reynolds.
  • Valid G driver’s license. Driver’s abstract and OMVIC License.
  • Able to maintain filing systems and database.
  • Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Maintain a high standard of service and business practices building relationships with financial institutions and customers.
  • Fluent in English, second language an asset

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Financial Services Manager is responsible for handling all the financial, legal and administrative requirements of the vehicle transactions, ensuring that customers receive a satisfactory financial agreement between the dealership and their financial institutions. First by greeting the customer and then presenting various options that will enhance their purchase as well provide peace of mind, value added services for the long term. The goals of maximizing product sales penetration and creating easy, efficient, and enjoyable experiences that make it easy to do business with Audi Mississauga must be expertly balanced.
