As a Financial Services Manager, you will be responsible for the financing and leasing of vehicle transactions, as well as the sales of aftermarket products such as insurance, extended warranties, and protection packages. This is a sales-driven role requiring strong interpersonal skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to deliver a world-class customer experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Promote and sell financial and aftermarket products including warranties, insurance, and protection packages.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer service experience in every transaction.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with banks, finance companies, and manufacturer financing partners.
  • Ensure all products and services are competitively and transparently priced.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to build awareness and understanding of financial products.
  • Stay current on manufacturer programs, rebates, finance options, and incentive offers.
  • Support management in planning growth and setting sales targets for the financial services department.
  • Prepare and process all necessary contracts, funding, and registration documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required by the dealership.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to stay sharp and compliant.
