As our Finance Services Officer, you’ll be a vital part of our finance team, tackling tasks like:

• Invoice Champion: Code and process a high volume of invoices daily (don’t worry, we’ll show you the ropes!).
• Statement Sleuth: Reconcile statements like a pro.
• Record Keeper Extraordinaire: Keep everything organised and help with ad-hoc reporting.
• Relationship Builder: Forge strong connections with key stakeholders (teamwork is key!).
• Vendor Guru: Add and maintain accurate vendor info.
• Payment Wizard: Prepare payment runs – EFT, BPay, and even international payments!

Prior experience in these tasks is not essential we will take the time to train and mentor you.
