You will review and analyse financial data, prepare and file tax returns, and assist businesses in meeting their tax obligations while minimising risks of non-compliance. Role in Real Estate Partnership Tax supporting compliance and structuring, Strong knowledge of Accounting and finance. Preparing Partnership Tax returns, Schedule K-1's, Supplemental forms and basic/moderate tax workpapers. Prepare/ Review of Real Estate tax compliance and Provisions Basic understanding of relevant tax/accounting concepts Validate data and analyze for accuracy and relevance Keep up-to-date with tax technical / technology developments. Self reviewing work to check for accuracy of deliverables. Explore and use available AI tools drive efficiency. Actively participate in engagement Trainings and Calls (Kick off, Status, Wrap up). Graduation in commerce / Post graduation in Accounting and Finance 1-3 years experience Active listening and ability to communicate effectively. Diversity and inclusiveness.
