Our Clovis West branch is seeking an FSR II or III to guide and support 30+ high school students serving as Student Financial Service Representatives (FSRs) This unique opportunity is perfect for someone passionate about leadership, mentorship, and delivering outstanding member service. You'll play a vital role in modeling professional behavior, assisting both members and students with transactions, and fostering a collaborative and educational work environment. Key Responsibilities: Mentor and support student FSRs in their day to day transactions Strong leadership and mentoring skills (or desire to develop them) Provide exceptional member service Assist with financial transactions and members on platform with membership and loans Encourage leadership, teamwork, and professionalism among student staff Help maintain operational efficiency and a positive branch atmosphere Why Join Us?
