What You’ll Do: As our Financial Services Representative, you’ll provide high-quality financial services to our members, including loan services, business development, and account transactions as needed. You’ll help strengthen the credit union’s positive image and support branch growth by delivering world-class member service. The Details: Location: Tenino Branch – Tenino, WA Pay Range: The range for this position is $24.87-$37.31 per hour with a target range of $24.87-$31.09 per hour, depending on relevant experience and qualifications. Process consumer loans of varying complexity, value, and risk. Interview loan applicants, gather background information, and obtain credit bureau reports. Open consumer and business accounts and cross-sell applicable products and services. Ensure compliance with credit union policies as well as state and federal regulations. Maintain thorough knowledge of all share account products and assist members in selecting options that best meet their needs. Educate members by building relationships and recommending additional products and services. Stay current on credit union products, services, policies, procedures, and regulations. Support branch and organizational lending goals. Respond to member inquiries regarding accounts, transactions, and concerns. Resolve issues directly or refer members to appropriate staff when needed. Fulfill MSR II duties as required, including teller transactions, vault and TCR balancing, and account research. Apply today and be part of something meaningful at O Bee Credit Union. Requirements Must have high school diploma or equivalent. Must have at least six months of customer service experience. Must be able to pass a background and credit check. At least one year of experience as an MSR I/MSR II is preferred. Previous experience with Symitar and LoansPQ is preferred. Excellent written, verbal, and electronic communication skills. Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and make thoughtful product recommendations. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and related software. Willing to obtain a notary license within 6 months.
