Process purchases, redemptions, exchanges, and other account activities over the phone. Troubleshoot website issues and help investors make informed decisions based on their account goals. Deliver exceptional customer service with empathy, patience, and professionalism. What We’re Looking For Must Have: 1+ year in a customer-service role (retail, food service, call center, etc.).
