Description Zwicker & Associates is looking for motivated and professional individuals to help clients resolve outstanding accounts in a respectful, compliant, and solution-oriented manner. In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of accounts, engage with consumers to identify repayment options, and maintain a courteous yet confident approach under pressure. What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate is persuasive, empathetic, and able to balance professionalism with compassion while achieving results. Position Overview: Multiple openings available Paid onsite training for three weeks Weekly pay plus monthly performance bonuses Hourly rate: $17.00–$20.00 (based on experience) with uncapped bonus potential Location: 2300 Litton Lane, Hebron, KY Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–7:00 PM (no weekends) Work arrangement: Fully onsite for the first 90 days, with potential flexibility afterward Start date: December 8, 2025 Responsibilities include: Communicate with consumers via phone, or email to address past-due accounts Negotiate repayment solutions by developing manageable payment arrangements, including settlements or installment plans, within company guidelines Maintain accurate records of all communications, agreements, and account progress Ensure compliance with company policies, debt collection procedures, and data privacy standards Consistently meet or exceed established performance goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis Partner with internal teams to resolve account disputes or escalate issues when necessary Deliver outstanding customer service while upholding professionalism and regulatory compliance Adhere to Zwicker & Associates, P.C. policies and procedures Follow all applicable regulations, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and state consumer protection laws Other duties as assigned. Requirements Strong negotiation skills: Ability to create manageable repayment plans (installments, settlements). Excellent communication: Clear, respectful, and persuasive verbal and written skills. Active listening & empathy: Understanding consumer circumstances while maintaining professionalism. Organization & accuracy: Keeping detailed records of communications and agreements. Decision-making ability: Handling disputes and determining when to escalate issues. Results orientation: Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets. You will be required to complete a standard math and computer skills assessment. Failure to satisfactorily complete this assessment could result in termination of employment.
