Lead multiple medium-to-large project(s) or a single highly complex project. Leverage and share your deep understanding of the Financial Services industry and related subject areas. Handle diverse issues and lead projects that contribute to the company's success. Instruct, direct, and check the work of other employees. Coach, motivate, and guide employees. Utilize best practice processes around work assignments, project management, and quality of output while maximizing overall team performance. Build relationships with clients to improve services and ensure service levels are being met. Identify opportunities and lead the conversation for the new and expansion on the existing businesses. Bachelor's degree in business or a related field 5+ years of experience in the Financial Services Industry as a project manager or business analyst who delivered projects utilizing formalized Agile and/or waterfall methodologies 2+ years of experience in a consulting position that required daily customer engagement and delivery excellence to complete client projects. Experience with Commercial Loan Servicing Platform Conversion (AFSVision or Loan IQ) Management Consulting firm (Big 4 preferred) experience Global cross-functional team working experience Product configuration and design knowledge
