Responsibilities

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) is a plus.; significant work experience with healthcare finance technology, including software implementations, system optimization, transformation, and change management experience, especially AP and Payroll. Experience with large-scale ERP implementations, AP automation tools, or payroll platforms

REQUIRED MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND TRAINING

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of broad finance and business technology experience including in-depth knowledge of technology-enabled financial operations and processes in large organizations covering AP and Payroll.
  • Proven track record of leading complex projects related to financial systems, process optimization, or digital transformations.
  • In-depth understanding of AP and/or payroll processes, regulatory requirements, and financial reporting standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to support ongoing strategic initiatives through courageous and resilient leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage projects / programs within our Financial Services department, focusing on accounts payable (AP) and payroll functions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing key stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for driving process improvements, implementing business transformation solution driven by technology, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
