INTRODUCTION AND WHAT YOU WILL DO (JOB RESPONSIBILITIES)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Credit Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently and accurately processing student applications and contracts and reviewing student orders, posting customer payments and assisting with student representative calls. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review and process student applications and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Apply knowledge of credit principles to evaluate applications.
• Coordinate and manage tool order along with invoice processing.
• Post and reconcile customer payments promptly and accurately.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned in order to support team operations.
