Our Financial Services Organisation (FSO) is a unique, industry focused practice and the only one of its kind in a Big 4 firm. Tax is at the heart of our market offering. As a Senior Tax Manager you will be part of this story and will have responsibility for training and managing our team who are advising our high profile clients as they navigate the sea of international tax change.
Tax is a fast paced and evolving discipline, and with the rapid growth in services clients require, and our business expanding to support that, we are looking for people who can support our team across a wide range of areas.

Responsibilities

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Your core focus will be on managing and training our team who work on a diverse portfolio of clients, bringing together a multi-disciplinary internal team to provide the best possible service. You will be responsible for managing the training of our team including on the job training to shape the development of junior staff, facilitating their technical and practical experience to ensure they get exposure to a broad range of opportunities as they grow their careers.

TO QUALIFY FOR THE ROLE YOU MUST HAVE

  • Professional qualification in ACA (or equivalent), law and/or Tax; or
  • AITI qualified or equivalent qualification in a Commonwealth country (such as Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa, UK).
  • 4-6 years relevant post qualification tax experience.
  • Experience working in industry or practice as a tax professional
  • Strong technical skills and be keen to develop further.
