REQUIREMENTS:

  • Active Life Insurance License (mandatory)
  • Health Insurance License (optional)
  • Securities licenses such as Series 6, 7, 63, or 65 (optional)
  • Proficiency with Google Calendar and appointment scheduling
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle client needs with professionalism and empathy
  • Excellent communication skills with a commitment to over-communicating to ensure clarity and trust
  • Demonstrated servant leadership and a collaborative mindset
  • Strong work ethic, coachability, and self-motivation
