The Role
· You will be a key player in our Debt Strategist team, responsible for:
· Consulting with B2B prospects and business owners to understand their financial position and challenges.
· Designing bespoke debt strategies and gaining their commitment to engage our services.
· Holding in-depth one-to-one consultations, in person or virtually.
· Building and maintaining strategic partnerships and referral relationships.
· Championing our brand values with integrity and impact.
· This role is ideal for someone who enjoys selling with substance, thrives on ownership and autonomy, and has a genuine interest in financial problem-solving.

· Essential Skills & Experience
· B2B or consultative sales experience, ideally within financial services, insolvency, or legal services
· Excellent communicator – written, verbal, and most importantly: persuasive
· Confident on the phone and in face-to-face/virtual meetings
· Organised, detail-focused, and able to manage a varied workload
· A strong work ethic – this is a results-driven role, not a 9-to-5 mentality
· Demonstrate commercial awareness and emotional intelligence
