As a financial specialist (m/f/d), you will assume a responsible role in finance and accounting, contributing to the efficient and transparent design of the business processes of a modern industrial company. With your expertise, you will support management in business-related matters and make a significant contribution to the company's financial management.

Your tasks

• They independently handle financial and accounting processes and ensure the proper processing of all business transactions.
• You will actively participate in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and support the compilation of relevant key figures.
• They create evaluations, analyses and reports, thus providing important decision-making bases for corporate management.
• Monitoring payment flows and reconciling accounts are also part of your responsibilities.
• They provide support with budget planning, forecasting and cost control, and contribute to the transparency of financial developments.
• As a contact person for internal departments, you will provide advice on commercial matters.
• They identify optimization potential in existing financial processes and actively participate in their further development.
• Furthermore, you will provide support with tax, financial and administrative tasks in day-to-day business.

Your qualifications

• Completed commercial training with further education as a financial specialist.
• Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting
• Experience in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Proficient use of ERP systems and MS Office, especially Excel
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaborating with various departments

English language skills are an advantage
