Come grow your career with Eurest.Job Summary Summary: Under the guidance of the Accounting Manager, performs duties associated with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Account Reconciliation, Vendor Management, and Data Tracking Responsibilities: Accounts Payable Set up vendor files, including the collection and assembly of vendor profile documents Review invoices for appropriate documentation and approval before payment Respond to vendor inquiries Reconcile vendor accounts Research and resolve payment discrepancies Accounts Receivable Monitor unpaid invoices and contact customers who are late on payment Interact with company associates and respond to customer inquiries Assist with the investigation of outstanding invoices and follow-up Represent the company in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner to ensure customer satisfaction Weekly, Monthly, and Annual Closing Assist Accountant with reports, reconciliations, and closing procedures Maintain reports, spreadsheets, and accounting files Make journal entry adjustments and account transfers as necessary Prepare and maintain financial and business transactions Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Accounting or Finance) Two years of accounting experience Previous account reconciliation software experience Working knowledge of SAP financial and/or other accounting software systems, such as QuickBooks Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) Understanding of basic accounting principles Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of associates Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment Ability to analyze information and resolve issues Strong attention to detail, communication skills, data entry skills, and math skills Team player with initiative Apply to Eurest today!
