Position Summary The Financial Specialist – Data Analysis is responsible for delivering financial and business insights through data analytics, reporting, and modeling, with a strong focus on rebate analysis, commercial performance, and incentive policy design. The role supports management decision-making by providing accurate, timely, and actionable analysis, and works closely with Finance leadership and cross-functional teams to drive business performance and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Perform financial and commercial data analysis related to sales performance, rebates, incentives, and dealer programs. Build and maintain dashboards, management reports, and analytical models to support decision-making. Analyze rebate structures and simulate financial impacts of proposed commercial policies. Support the design, evaluation, and optimization of rebate and incentive schemes. Conduct profitability analysis by product, channel, customer, and region. Partner with Sales, Marketing, AR/AP, and Finance teams to ensure data consistency and actionable insights. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data-driven analysis. Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes with analytical inputs. Improve data quality, automation, and reporting processes within Finance systems. Prepare ad-hoc analyses and presentations for senior management. Background Required Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis, business analysis, or data analytics roles within a finance function. Strong analytical and modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar). Solid understanding of financial statements and commercial finance concepts. Experience analyzing rebates, incentives, or sales programs is a strong plus. Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
