MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
MINIMUMS: Requires any combination of education above a GED and/or experience equivalent to five (5) years in a field such as account clerk utilizing the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: All employees may be expected to work hours in excess of their normally scheduled hours in response to short-term department needs and/or City-wide emergencies.

PRIMARY PURPOSE:
To research, analyze, and maintain financial records and processes for the Department of Information Technology for both internal and external customers.
DUTIES:
Each member of the Business Center acts as a department-wide resource for a variety of responsibilities, providing continuous opportunities for direct contact with City members which requires advanced written, oral, and interpersonal skills. The position requires the ability to understand and complete departmental purchasing, payroll, human resources, accounts payable/receivable, and billing functions in order to resolve financial issues.
