DaVita Integrated Kidney Care (IKC) is a subsidiary of DaVita focused on further improving clinical outcomes for over 50,000 Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD), End Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD), and kidney transplant patients as well as reducing avoidable medical costs in the health care systems
- The Senior Analyst, Finance is a critical contributor within the PEAK2 finance team with exposure to complex businesses within IKC. The role is suited for an individual who has strong analytics skills, demonstrates keen attention to detail, and is able to convey their insights in compelling financial models and presentations. In addition, we are looking for a team player who will serve as a functional expert and interact with operations at every level. We are looking for smart, talented and fun people to help drive financial performance and shape strategy for our Kidney Care business
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- BA or BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or other quantitative field
- Strong Familiarity with Financial Statements
- 5+ years of experience in a financial analyst role, equivalent certification (e.g. CFA, CPA) or advanced degree (e.g., Masters in Finance) preferred but not required
- Experience working with and building financial models, financial analysis & profitability analysis techniques
- Experience with finance & analytical software - Anaplan, Hyperion Essbase, VBA, Python or SQL is a plus
- Ability to work on multiple projects at once
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced work environment and achieving internal deadlines
- Strong work ethic - including ability to follow-up, focus on details and take initiative
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel & Power Point
- Effective time management & organization skills
- Team player with a great attitude
