• Offer tailored financial advice and welfare benefits support to new and existing tenants
• Support Universal Credit claims and help residents navigate DWP processes
• Maximise rent collection while identifying vulnerabilities and supporting tenancy sustainability
• Build strong relationships with DWP and partner agencies to protect rental income and support customers
• Use digital tools and face-to-face contact to assist customers with benefit claims and money management
• Promote Torus’ digital self-service options and help residents take control of their finances
• Signpost and refer customers to wellbeing, skills, and support services
