Graebel Companies, Inc. is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst to support and troubleshoot production issues within our integrated financial applications (Servicengine) and ERP system (Microsoft D365). This role involves in-depth analysis of backend system outputs and their impact on end-to-end business processes, with the goal of recommending process improvements and system enhancements. The analyst will lead the configuration, design, and testing of solutions prior to production deployment and collaborate closely with IT teams, vendor partners, and internal business stakeholders.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leads the troubleshooting and resolution of issues within our Financial applications, including integrations between our case management (Servicengine) and ERP system (Microsoft D365).
  • Performs detailed analysis of back end system outputs and impact to end to end process, resulting in process recommendations & system enhancements
  • Orchestrates the configuration, design, testing of developed solutions prior to Production implementation. Partners with IT resources, vendor resources, and internal Business Owners
  • Drive the optimization of multiple systems and complex processes throughout the Financial Services group to ensure the delivery of accurate and reliable financial data
  • Supports projects to formulate and define business processes, systems scope and objectives through research and fact finding combined with a good understanding of business functions, systems, and industry requirements
  • Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
