Job Summary We are seeking a hands-on Change Management Analyst with Product Owner responsibilities to actively support the execution of Oracle Cloud (ERP/HCM/SCM/EPM) implementation activities. This role will focus on day-to-day coordination, UAT management, documentation, stakeholder follow-ups, training execution. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, execution-driven, and comfortable working closely with business users, functional consultants, IT teams, and implementation partners. Responsibilities: · Execute change management activities aligned to the program plan. · Perform detailed change impact assessments and document findings. · Maintain stakeholder lists and track engagement activities. · Coordinate change champion meetings and track action items. · Ensure actionable user stories are created including clear acceptance criteria. · Ensure prioritization of user stories for sprint planning and backlog refinement meetings. · Actively participate in the sprint planning, backlog refinement and sprint review meetings. · Participate in creating testing plan and execute UAT to ensure the build meets the requirements authored including development and execution of test cases, and documentation of results. · Coordinate end-to-end training activities including training needs identification, material preparation support, conducting sessions, and post-go-live support to ensure effective adoption. Academic Background and Technical/ functional experience: · 1 to 3 years’ post graduate experience in a finance or technology related role · Experience in areas like project management, process governance, control & compliance or accounting and reporting · Experience working with system integrators · Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery models · Strong process orientation and analytical problem-solving skills · Excellent written and verbal communications skills, strong collaboration, and relationship skills · Hands-on experience in executing complex testing plans · Well versed with latest testing methodology · Digital mindset to understand, leverage & implement technical changes · Analytical and problem-solving skills · Experience on GenAI implementation is a Plus · Oracle cloud exposure preferable We back you with benefits that support your holistic well-being so you can be and deliver your best.
