Position Overview Project RISE is the multi-year transformation program to migrate Oracle E-Business Suite and related applications to Oracle Cloud. The Central Project Management Office (PMO) for Project RISE is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and delivery of the program. This role will be an instrumental thought partner in strategic program planning, support the multi-year roadmap, drive regular program operations, and ensure successful implementation. Specifically, this colleague will: Key Responsibilities Support the management of the multi-year roadmap and workplan, identifying ideal state, and the strategic plan to achieve it. Prepare governance materials and communications for a variety of forums on a regular basis. Monitor the program’s performance by creating program reporting, analyzing progress, and synthesizing key strategic insights. Identify and support additional integration points for Project RISE to seamlessly be incorporated into regular Enterprise processes (i.e., investment planning processes; policy such as AENB, VCC, SDLC; etc.). Ensure compliance & control embedded in all activities through coordination with SOX, Control Management, Data Governance, PwC, and Internal Audit Group. Maintain and organize centralized document repository for key program materials and resources. Support the development and maintenance of a program wide communications plan. Support the development and maintenance of a monthly hiring and budget status. Be a great partner managing relationships and communications across key stakeholders upstream and downstream. Minimum Qualifications Strategic thinking problem-solving skills and business acumen. Background in strategy or management consulting, strategic planning, or portfolio management. Proficient in developing presentations and communication materials with an impeccable attention to detail. Outstanding organizational skills with ability to manage and prioritize multiple deliverables simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate messages to a variety of audiences across functions and levels. Proficiency in SharePoint, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor’s degree. Preferred Qualifications Interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to build cross-functional relationships. Familiarity with digital landscape & tech business management, product development lifecycle, and investment planning processes. Exposure to agile methodologies, working with engineering teams. Self-starter and loves working in a lean, fast-paced, environment with the ability to pivot quickly and navigate ambiguity, forming solutions out of white space. Prior experience with Controllership General Ledger, Financial Close and Consolidation and/or Global Supply Management Payment Strategy and Operations processes.
