Job Description:
Position preferred to be on-site, but flexible for a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Administer the operation and maintenance of existing financial systems.
  • Manage the month-end close process and all related system balancing activities.
  • Partner closely with IT on technical issues and projects.
  • Act as the finance team lead for implementing new software platforms and upgrades to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Resolve end-user financial system issues and provide software application support in coordination with IT and external vendors.
  • Develop financial system procedures, documentation, and end-user training in coordination with the User Technology Support team.
  • Create internal reports using SQL, Microsoft BI, SSRS, and other tools.
  • Oversee user security for finance systems.
  • Manage the soft cost upload process, troubleshoot issues, and identify manual procedures for automation.

Qualified Applicants Will Have:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a computer or business-related field.
  • Experience implementing ERP or other enterprise-wide software solutions.
  • Strong technical skills including SQL, advanced Excel, and experience with data cubes and systems integrations.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
