**This role is hybrid and requires being in office in Andover, MA** Salary: $100,000-$140,000 *Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa now or in the future.* We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Systems Manager to join our Finance and Technology Team. This role serves as a key liaison between Finance, Accounting, Operations, and IT, responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, optimization, and support of financial systems and automation tools. Reporting to ALKU’s Controller and managing one direct report, the Financial Systems Manager will play a critical role in driving process improvement, system integration, and data reliability across the organization. The ideal candidate combines strong technical acumen with a solid understanding of financial processes and a passion for continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Manage and support key financial systems, including ERP, Adaptive Insights, Tableau, and related reporting and automation platforms Oversee system integrations, upgrades, user access, and change management to ensure data integrity and minimal disruption to operations Build and maintain workflow automations using platforms such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, Workato, Zapier, or similar tools Continuously evaluate existing financial and operational processes to identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and improved efficiency Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design system enhancements, and translate business needs into technical solutions Manage financial systems projects from planning to implementation, including testing, deployment, and documentation Support the preparation of financial reports by ensuring accurate data flow across systems and providing system-based insights Collaborate with Finance and IT to enhance reporting dashboards and business intelligence capabilities Maintain proper system controls to ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, system architecture, and user training materials Supervise and develop one direct report, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities Provide help desk support for financial systems and act as a subject matter expert for end users Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in financial systems, accounting technology, or finance process automation roles Experience with ERP implementation or administration (Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar) strongly preferred Required Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across technical and non-technical teams Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines ALKrew Benefits: Weekly pay PTO package (plus birthday day and volunteer time off) Student loan reimbursement Health benefits Competitive 401K match Employee resource groups Childcare reimbursement National Awards: CollegeGrad.com Best Place to Work for Entry Level Employees Fortune Best Place to Work for Millennials Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) Best Staffing Firms to Work For Great Place to Work 100 Best Small or Medium Workplaces Boston Healthiest Employers
