Job Description We’re looking for a Financial Systems Manager to lead the administration, optimization, and integration of our financial systems. This role is a critical bridge between Technology and Finance —ensuring systems run smoothly, compliance standards are met, and data drives smart business decisions. What You’ll Do Own Financial Systems: Manage and maintain ERP platforms (Deltek Vantagepoint) and related tools. Drive Innovation: Oversee system upgrades, testing, and implement new features, including AI-driven enhancements. Enable Insights: Build dashboards for revenue recognition, project margins, and labor tracking using Power BI. Ensure Compliance: Maintain GAAP standards, perform access reviews, and support audit requirements. Lead Projects: Deliver initiatives like revenue recognition standardization and dashboard development. Collaborate: Act as the go-to liaison between Finance, IT, and external vendors. Perform all other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field. 5–8 years in a technology role; 1–3 years managing financial systems and process optimization. Strong understanding of GAAP compliance and revenue recognition.
