USE YOUR EXPERTISE TO DEVELOP OUR COST-OUT PROGRAM

We expect you to have solid experience from a similar position. As a person, you are curious, outgoing, and skilled at building relationships. You excel in stakeholder management and have the confidence to challenge and ask critical questions. You are proactive and adaptable, and capable of independently driving strategic initiatives.

We are looking for someone with:

• Master’s degree in business, finance, economics or related field.
• Strong portfolio management skills — structured, detail-oriented and diligent.
• Ability to engage with strategy, finance and business projects.
• Experience in handling complex data and communicating clearly.
• Excellent stakeholder management and comfortable engaging senior stakeholders.
• Experience with transformation or efficiency programs is a plus.

• Track cost-out initiatives at the portfolio level, leading monthly follow-ups across all business units.
• Own and develop the cost-out initiative tracking tool for leads across business units.
• Collaborate with Finance Business Partners, Procurement and Strategy to evolve cost-out pipelines.
• Align financial targets with cost-out initiative progress.
• Deliver executive reporting to the Strategy team, CFO, Executive Leadership Team and board of Directors.
• Support strategic governance forums with cost-out performance insights.
• Implement structured cost-out execution using a stage-gate model approach
