What the job is about This is a junior position in our first line of defence Reviewing, investigating, and making decisions on the outcome of financial crime cases Escalating unusual activity to internal experts Acting in accordance with the written policies, procedures, and relevant guidelines Cooperating with other teams in providing efficient support and seeking to maintain customer satisfaction and desired outcomes with impeccable execution Previous experience in Customer Support or FinCrime role is valued Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Fluency in English, spoken and written. Familiarity with fintech and cryptocurrency concepts and trends is a plus Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Comfortable working in rotational 8h shifts, 5 days a week, 24/7/365 Competitive compensation Tech gear for your job Work from home or in our office locations
