We have deep roots in each of our markets and our employees are an extension of our core values every day.  Compensation:  * Base pay: $2000.00 * 1% of Parts Dept Gross Profit   Benefits: * Great working environment * Paid Training * Generous incentive and bonus programs * Paid Vacations: 5 days after 1 year anniversary, 10 days after 2 year anniversary, and 15 days after 7 year anniversary * Holiday pay: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day if the Holiday does not land on a day in which the dealership and/or department is regularly closed or is a regularly scheduled day off. * Medical * Dental and Vision insurance * 401K     Responsibilities: * Oversee the parts sales process from customer inquiry to finding the part to invoicing the customer. * Work with parts manager to locate any parts not in stock. * Complete special order part request for any parts that need to be ordered for the customer. * Communicate with customer on the status of any parts ordered and notify them upon delivery to the dealership. * Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner. * Must follow all company safety policies and procedures. * Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations applicable to industry.   Qualifications * High School Diploma or equivalent required * Experience with auto parts sales preferred. * People focused and obsessed with providing great customer service * Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment * Strong organizational and time management skills * Professional appearance and strong work ethic * Proficient with computer skills is preferred * Valid and current Driver's License with ability to maintain a good driving record.
Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end parts sales process from initial customer inquiry to invoicing. Coordinate with the parts manager to order and track special order parts while maintaining professional communication with customers.
