The Role
Position Title: Fine Art Logistics Coordinator Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 15K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A Dubai-based specialist logistics and freight-forwarding firm serving high?profile live entertainment, sports, film, and corporate events across the region, backed by decades of global logistics expertise. Job Description: - Coordinate end-to-end fine art shipments, including packing, customs, air/sea freight, and final delivery. - Liaise with clients, galleries, museums, and shipping partners to ensure smooth, timely execution. - Manage documentation (invoices, permits, insurance) and monitor shipments for on-time, secure delivery. - Work closely with internal teams to maintain service quality, inventory records, and project timelines.

Requirements

• Open to CIS and Asian nationals, 40 years old and below - Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent professional experience - At least 2 years relevant experience in fine art logistics, museum operations, or related fields with strong understanding of international shipping, customs regulations, and documentation - Proficient in logistics or art handling software is an added advantage
