TOTAL Fine Arts, A Division of TOTAL Transportation Solutions Inc, is expanding its team to meet the increasing demand for specialized logistics solutions in the global fine arts market. We are seeking driven professionals to join us in delivering exceptional service and in expanding our service offerings.

POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Fine Arts Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in providing top-tier customer service and logistical support within the fine arts industry. This position requires a good understanding of shipping and customs processes, fine art service offerings and options, and seamless coordination between operations department and valued clients. This role requires proactive efforts to identify new opportunities and strengthen relationships with existing clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Three or more years of experience in the fine arts or heritage sector (i.e. museums or galleries), or comparable logistics and shipping roles.
  • Demonstrated passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Proficiency in logistics processes and customs procedures is an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
  • Good decision-making skills and adaptability to manage change effectively.
  • Knowledge of best practices in handling and transporting high-value products, particularly within the arts sector.
  • Proven experience in client relationship management and/or business development.
  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
    This is an in-office position, based in Scarborough, Ontario. Interviews will be conducted as applications are received and until the position is filled.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $47,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

  • Perform data entry and statistical reporting as required.
