Job Description Pay to $75,000 plus relocation assistance to the Carolinas. Must have high end resort experience. Beach Resort. Fine Dining Chef de Cuisine Key Responsibilities Menu Development: Designs and implements menus, develops recipes, and ensures dishes meet quality and presentation standards. Staff Leadership: Hires, trains, and manages kitchen staff, including sous chefs and junior cooks, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. Food Quality & Safety: Enforces strict health and safety regulations, monitors food inventory, and ensures the quality and consistency of all meals served. Procurement: Orders and purchases food supplies, equipment, and other necessary stock, managing vendors effectively. Cost Control: Ensures food preparation is economical and manages kitchen expenses to maintain profitability. Kitchen Management: Oversees the entire kitchen operation, directing all food and pastry production and ensuring smooth daily functions.
