Description

Need an exceptional upscale dining Chef with wealth of experience in Culinary Management, Key Management, banquets and events.
An excellent opportunity for a well recognized hospitality group with multiple locations.
Annual salary is $70-100K depending on skills and title, plus bonus and benefits.
An ideal candidate should come with passion for hospitality, along with excellent people’s skills and a proven track record of team development.
You will be working with a team of 10-15 chefs and BOH support , and a minimum of 3 years of culinary management experience is required.
A solid culinary foundation and a proven ability to develop and lead teams are essential. The candidate should also demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, training and organizational abilities.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine, Sous Chef or Executive Chef
  • Experience in managing a team of 10-15 chefs
  • Sales volume exceeding $5 million
  • Excellent food cost management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, training, and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work a 10-hour shift
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food preparation and service.
  • Manage inventory and control food costs to optimize profitability.
  • Lead and develop kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
  • Plan and execute menus, including special events and banquets, to enhance guest experiences.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members to improve cooking techniques and service quality.
