SUMMARY

As a Fine Dining Line Cook, you will be essential in delivering exquisite culinary experiences to our guests. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will utilize your core skills in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations to create high-quality dishes. Your premium experience in fine dining and menu planning will enhance our offerings, while your relevant skills in catering and serving will ensure a seamless dining experience. QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a fine dining environment
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of food handling and safety practices
• Background in restaurant and kitchen operations
• Experience with meal preparation and catering services
• Familiarity with menu planning and dietary department functions
• Excellent food service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced setting

• Prepare and cook high-quality meals in accordance with the restaurant’s fine dining standards.
• Ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices are followed at all times.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to plan menus and create innovative dishes.
• Assist in meal preparation and presentation, ensuring each dish meets aesthetic and taste expectations.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment while managing inventory and supplies.
• Provide exceptional service and support in catering events as needed.
