EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Four-year college degree in Business Administration or Restaurant Management preferred. Three to four years restaurant manager experience required. SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS: Appropriate Licenser. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are required.
