This will entail: Deliver fine dining service to residents, guests, and staff Manage reservations and seating plans for Winningham Court Support café operations and special events Collaborate with our sommelier on wine offerings Train and guide team members to success Oversee POS systems, inventory, and billing Uphold safety, service, and hospitality standards Requirements What We’re Looking For: 3+ years in fine dining or catering Strong leadership and communication skills Professional demeanor and appearance Ability to work weekends/holidays Why Bishop Gadsden?
