Job Title: Fine Dining Manager / Senior Hospitality Professional
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 20,000 per month

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment.
  • Strong managerial and leadership skills, with a track record of successfully managing and developing teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of fine dining service standards, F&B operations, and global dining trends.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus).
  • Professional, polished, and guest-focused personality

    Pay: AED16,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced hospitality professional with a proven track record in the fine dining sector to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will bring at least 5 years of fine dining experience, strong managerial skills, and the ability to lead, inspire, and develop a team while ensuring world-class guest experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee and manage daily operations of the fine dining venue, ensuring service excellence at all times.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a multicultural service team to consistently exceed guest expectations.
  • Foster a positive work culture with focus on teamwork, professionalism, and service quality.
  • Collaborate closely with culinary and beverage teams to maintain flawless service flow and guest satisfaction.
  • Implement and enforce service standards, SOPs, and training programs to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Monitor performance metrics including guest feedback, budgets, cost control, and revenue targets.
  • Proactively resolve guest concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain compliance with all health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
