Description
      We currently have full-time job opportunities for a Line Cook in our 1947 Grill kitchen, which is our traditional service style area that serves both lunch and dinner. This position is responsible for executing high-quality dishes with precision across various kitchen stations, including pantry, fry, sauté, and grill. The ideal candidate demonstrates a deep commitment to culinary excellence, organization, cleanliness, and teamwork while maintaining adherence to all food safety and sanitation standards. Responsibilities include: * Consistently prepare and cook food items to the highest standards of taste, appearance, and timing. * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of assigned stations in compliance with health regulations. * Ensure proper storage, rotation, and labeling of food items per HACCP and club standards. * Keep station organized and communicate needs clearly to team members and supervisors. * Operate and maintain kitchen equipment such as fryers, broilers, ovens, and mixers. * Assist with daily ingredient preparation and menu execution during service and events. * Contribute to daily specials and menu development under the direction of the Sous or Executive Chef. * Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices * Minimum of 1-2 years of cooking experience; culinary degree preferred *Team members are required to work evenings, holidays and weekends on a consistent basis.
