SUMMARY

As a Fine Dining Server at Chatham Hills Club, you will be an integral part of our culinary team, delivering exceptional dining experiences to our members. This role is essential in upholding our commitment to outstanding service and hospitality in a luxurious club environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist fellow team members to ensure overall Member/Guest satisfaction
• Assist Members/Guests in making food and beverage selections
• Deliver food and beverages
• Demonstrate genuine hospitality while greeting and establishing rapport with the Members/Guests and delivering an exceptional dining experience
• Guide Members/Guests through menus while demonstrating thorough knowledge of our food and beverages
• Provide friendly and attentive service that makes Members/Guests feel well taken care of
• Take accurate orders an partner with team members to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed Members/Guests’ expectations
• Must have upbeat outgoing and positive attitude
• Must be able to assist Members/Guests and possess great relational skills
• Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic Math Skills * Ability to work effectively within a team
• Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. as needed
