Qualifications Skills and aptitude required: A minimum of 3 years’ front-of-the- house experience. Must be very detail oriented. Ability to effectively present menu items and selections Must have a polished appearance and mannerisms. Ability to be organized while multi-tasking. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Must be able to demonstrate a high level of sensitivity and interest in people, especially older adults.
