Be Remarkable.  I seek ways to be extraordinary and deliver a positive impact every day.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities  The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: * Provide gracious, attentive, and highly professional service to members and guests in dining rooms, patios, lounges, and private events. * Deliver service consistent with fine dining standards, including proper etiquette, pacing of courses, and polished table service. * Greet guests promptly, present menus, and offer knowledgeable guidance on menu selections, wine pairings, and daily specials. * Demonstrate expertise in wine, spirits, and beverage service, including bottle presentation and decanting when appropriate. * Accurately take food and beverage orders, enter them into the POS system, and ensure precise and timely execution. * Anticipate guest needs and personalize service to create memorable dining experiences. * Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth course flow and proper presentation. * Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of service areas, side stations, and equipment with meticulous attention to detail. * Follow all fine dining sanitation, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards. * Assist with the setup, service, and breakdown of dining areas for daily operations, banquets, and special events. * Proactively communicate guest feedback, preferences, and concerns to management to ensure consistent satisfaction. * Uphold the standards of Bluejack National by always serving as a polished ambassador of the club. * Participate in continuous training and development to maintain knowledge of food, beverage, and service standards. * Maintain knowledge of club offerings, including menus, wine lists, and upcoming events * Additional duties as requested by Bluejack leadership. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)  To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a server in a fine dining restaurant, luxury hotel, or private club setting preferred. * In-depth knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service, including fine dining etiquette and sequence of service. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to anticipate and exceed guest expectations. * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with acute attention to detail and presentation. * Ability to handle guest requests and resolve issues with professionalism, discretion, and poise. * Service-oriented mindset with a refined, polished presence and professional demeanor. * Enjoy working with members, guests, and families in a luxury hospitality environment. * Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively in a team-driven culture. * Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as required by the operation. EDUCATION: High School diploma or equivalent required; advanced training or certifications in hospitality, wine, or food service (e.g., Court of Master Sommeliers Introductory, WSET, TIPS/ServSafe) are a plus.   APPROXIMATE SCHEDULE AND HOURS: Weekdays, weekends, and Holidays, schedule flexible as business dictates.   ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION: Soliciting gratuities from members or guests is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment. Gratuities include items such as cash, favors, gifts, tickets to events and other forms of non-financial compensation. Our property sits on 767 acres and features many indoor and outdoor facilities that make up the work environment.  While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to stand and move around for the entirety or majority of their shift.
