We’re looking for professional, service-driven Servers to join our team. Responsibilities * Greet guests warmly and ensure a high standard of hospitality from start to finish. * Present menus, explain dishes and specials, and offer wine and pairing suggestions. * Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system. * Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery. * Maintain detailed knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and dietary restrictions. * Perform tableside service when required (e.g., pouring wine, preparing dishes). * Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly and professionally. * Maintain cleanliness and presentation of tables, service stations, and dining area. * Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. * Support team members and contribute to a smooth front-of-house operation. * Collect payments from tables. Skills * Proven experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant service (minimum 1–3 years preferred). * Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, with a warm, professional demeanor. * Extensive food and beverage knowledge, including familiarity with Italian cuisine, steaks, seafood, and dietary accommodations. * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a focus on supporting a smooth front-of-house operation. * Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure during high-volume service. * Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
