Following the continued growth of our farm shop within Blue Diamond Garden Centre at Huntingdon, we now have an exciting opportunity for a Fine Food Assistant to join an established team with shared interests in preparing and delivering the finest quality products to our customers.
We are someone with drive and enthusiasm to contribute with the team in pushing the shop to the highest levels. Successful applicants will understand the ins and outs of working within a busy environment, balancing the needs of the shop, and will also possess a keen interest in creating new and innovative products whilst taking pride in delivering the finest quality products and service to our customers.
Walter Smith have been award winning Butchers since 1885 with a number of retail and farm shops throughout the UK. We are famous for our award winning pork pies which received nationwide coverage after being crowned Supreme Champion at the Great Taste Awards, whilst regularly winning regional and national awards for our meat and related products.
The hours of work available are fairly flexible for the right candidate which may suit applicants looking to work a limited number of days or hours per week.
Full training and support will be given in the production of our award winning fine foods.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
