Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Fine Food Client Consultant you will:

  • Build relationships with clients, becoming a trusted expert, educator and advisor in the industry.
  • Present and promote Fino’s outstanding portfolio of products to customers.
  • Host visiting producers and facilitate meaningful connections with clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and foster a reputation for excellence.
  • Meet set sales targets.
  • Have excellent organisational and multitasking skills.

This is a full-time, permanent position with regular business hours from Monday to Friday. Some attendance at industry events outside standard hours will be required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage a well-organised client base using exceptional time management and administrative skills.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and internal operations to ensure a seamless service experience.
  • Use your strong sales and relationship management skills to identify opportunities, drive growth and meet set sales targets.
  • Represent Fino Foods with enthusiasm and professionalism, engaging with clients and colleagues alike.
