Cassandra Goad, a contemporary fine jewellery brand with a heritage of over 40 years, creates luxurious jewels that tell personal stories inspired by her travels. As the brand celebrated its 40th anniversary last year, there is an exciting opportunity for a Fine Jewellery Boutique Intern to join this dynamic team. This internship is designed to provide valuable hands-on experience in the luxury retail environment while engaging with the artistry of fine jewellery. The Fine Jewellery Boutique Intern will work closely with the team at the boutique located on the prestigious Sloane Street in London. In this role, the intern will learn the fundamentals of delivering excellent customer service and support the sales team while assisting in the daily operations of the boutique. The successful candidate will gain insight into the luxury retail environment and the operational aspects of a fine jewellery brand. Main activities / responsibilities Assist the sales team in providing exceptional customer service Learn about the brand's product offerings, gemstones, and collection storytelling Help maintain the boutique’s appearance and merchandising standards Support e-commerce operations and customer follow-up Assist with administrative tasks related to sales and inventory management Participate in client events and help with photo shoots Opportunity to engage in learning about jewellery design and craftsmanship Cassandra Goad is committed to diversity and inclusion, offering opportunities for individuals of all backgrounds regardless of gender, age, nationality, cultural and religious background, or sexual orientation.
