DESCRIPTION

This role provides an opportunity to develop, manage and grow a portfolio of clients and prospects with accountability for retention, new business development, client strategy & placement. You will manage and develop client and Willis Towers Watson relationships, and grow the portfolio within the business unit, and will be responsible for targeting and converting prospects. The ideal candidate will have existing experience within the Director & Officers Liability area and be skilled in crafting strategies to quantify, mitigate, and transfer risk for a variety of clients operating in the UK and overseas.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Extensive knowledge of Director and Officers insurance and financial lines products essential
• Preferably ACII qualified, working towards or have interest in completing the ACII qualification
• Proven track record of delivering high levels of client service and new business development
• Experienced knowledge of insurance markets globally in order to deal effectively with client and Willis Towers Watson needs
• Working knowledge of both broking and claims processes and procedures
• Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
• Clear and compelling communication and presentation skills, written and verbal
• Ability to analyze and provide concise conclusions
• Solution focused with a personal drive to achieve significant change in relatively short periods of time, and able to motivate teams to focus and deliver on priorities
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build effective relationships, at all levels, with clients, prospects, associates, insurers and external specialists
• Business and political awareness
• Holds all regulatory licenses, permissions and technical or other requirements applicable under UK legislation and FCA rules and guidelines
• Proficient computer skills relevant to Microsoft Office, Outlook, and web-based applications
• Ability to represent FINEX and Willis Towers Watson with integrity and credibility
