In the summer, we focus on grading and small earthworks, and in the winter, we shift to snow removal and equipment maintenance. We’re looking for a reliable, hard-working individual to join our team as we grow.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience operating heavy equipment
• Mechanical knowledge (preventative maintenance, minor repairs)
• Fine grading skills with skid steers preferred
• A strong understanding of mechanics is a valuable asset
• Valid driver’s license (Class 3 or higher is an asset)
• Reliable, self-motivated, and physically able to work outdoors year-round

  Pay: $26.00-$36.00 per hour
  Expected hours: No less than 44 per week

• Operate skid steers, excavators, and other heavy equipment
• Perform fine grading and general earthworks
• Handle snow removal duties during the winter season
• Assist with routine maintenance and repairs on equipment
• Help with general labor tasks when required
• Keep equipment clean, fueled, and in safe operating condition
• Work safely and efficiently as part of a small, trusted team
