JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finisher to join our team, specializing in finishing work on GRP and 3D Print material, primarily within the manufacturing sectors. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in surface preparation, finishing, and the application of coatings to ensure that products meet the highest quality standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
o Technical or vocational training in finishing, coating application, or a related field is a plus.

· Prepare GRP, metal, and other surfaces for finishing by cleaning, sanding, grinding, and repairing as necessary.
· Identify and repair defects such as cracks, dents,Printlines and other surface imperfections.
· Apply primers, sealers, and topcoats using various techniques, including spraying, brushing, or rolling, depending on the material and finish requirements.
· Ensure even application of coatings to achieve the desired finish, with no runs, sags, or other application defects.
· Sand and buff surfaces to achieve a smooth, high-quality finish.
· Utilize manual and power tools, such as sanders, polishers, and buffers, to complete finishing tasks.
· Inspect finished surfaces to ensure they meet company standards and customer specifications.
· Correct any finishing defects before final approval.
· Follow all safety protocols and guidelines, including the proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
· Handle chemicals and materials safely, according to manufacturer instructions and company policies.
· Maintain records of work performed, including materials used, time spent, and any issues encountered.
· Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor.
